DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer gift cards at the moment but it is something we are looking into.

We accept all major card payments including GPay and PayPal

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

I CAN'T FIND WHAT LOOKING FOR CAN I REQUEST SOMETHING?

Yes, we are open to suggestions from our customers. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can request it through our request form.

CAN I CANCELL MY ORDER?

Yes you can, please let us know through your online account or by kpopinternational@gmail.com  with your name and order number. 

Please be aware that once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled and you will need to return the product to receive a refund

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

  • All our products come directly from Korea or wider Asia

  • It can take 10-15 days if you live in the UK or 10-20 days for global shipping for our products to be delivered however, this is a wide estimation and products may arrive earlier or later depending on where you live and other external shipping factors

  • At this moment in time, we only hold a small amount of products in-house, and majority of products will come directly from Asia. This means that your order may come in parts. We are working on this .

  • Please, please ,please correctly input your shipping information we take no responsibility for lost packages shipped to the wrong address. Should we suspect that an address is missing important shipping information, we will reach out to the buyer. The buyer will then have 72 hours to respond to our inquiry. If the buyer does not get in touch, the order will be cancelled, and the funds will be refunded.

  • Customs and Import Fees: Products imported into other countries may be subject to import and customs fees, which vary by country. Since the buyer is importing the products, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees. If the fees are not paid, the products will be returned, and the return fees will be deducted from the initial payment, with the refund adjusted accordingly.
