What does KPOP NATION INTERNATIONAL sell?

We offer official curated K‑pop merchandise, custom cupsleeves, fan-made collectables, and limited‑edition event goods. Everything is designed or selected with fans in mind.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the UK. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing usually takes 3–10 working days. Delivery times vary by country, but UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 days after dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes — all items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a tracking number. After your order has been dispatched, you can check its progress through Royal Mail’s Track My Order service. You can also follow your order status through our chatbot, located in the corner of the screen.

This does not apply to cup sleeve event orders. All tiered items must be collected on the day of the event. If something comes up and you can’t attend, just let us know — we’ll work something out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalised items (such as cupsleeves, one‑off event goods, cupsleeve tier packs, or bias backs) are non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Please message us through the shop or email us with your order number so we can start the return process. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted — in short, we can’t help if we don’t know 🤷‍♀️

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Damages and issues

We wrap all products in protective layers of bubble wrap to keep them safe on their journey. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Minor scratches or blemishes on outer protective packaging do not count as damage. We define minor scratches as light, shallow marks that do not penetrate the product and do not affect its intended use or appearance.

Do you take custom orders?

Are your products official?

We sell a mix of officially licensed items from Korea and Japan, which go through official channels to get to us and original fan‑made designs. All fan‑made products are created with respect for artists and copyright rules.

Do you run pop‑up events?

Yes — we host and attend K‑pop pop‑ups across the UK. Follow our social media for event announcements. @KPOPINTLUK on all our socials

Do you do photo card shorting?

We are open to photocard shorting, if this is something you are interested in please message us with your order number and a list of your preferred members. Photo card sorting can't always be guaranteed, but its something to keep in mind.😊
