WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

• All our official K-pop products products come directly from Korea or wider Asia however, all our made to order products such as Mochi Guard phone accessories are made and delivered through print on demand services where they are made by manufactures closest to you. 

• We currently ship to:

  • UK 3-10 Days

  • Europe 7-15 Days

  • Rest of the world 10-60 Days

• This is a wide estimation and products may arrive earlier or later depending on where you live and other external shipping factors e.g. public holidays, acts of gods like the weather or postal strikes

• At this moment in time, we only hold a small amount of products in-house, and majority of products will come directly from Asia. As these products are directly imported this is reflected in our shipping and delivery prices. 

• For made to order products such as Mochi Guard phone accessories and stationary these are made through print on demand suppliers and therefore separate shipping prices apply for these products.

• 📦 Shipping Policy – Name Format for International Orders

  To make sure your order arrives safely and without delays, we kindly ask all customers to provide their full name in English at checkout. If your name is usually written in another language (such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc.), you’re welcome to include it — but an English version must also be provided for international courier requirements.

• Please, please ,please correctly input your shipping information we take no responsibility for lost packages shipped to the wrong address. Should we suspect that an address is missing important shipping information, we will reach out to the buyer. The buyer will then have 72 hours to respond to our inquiry. If the buyer does not get in touch, the order will be cancelled, and the funds will be refunded.

• Customs and Import Fees: Products imported into other countries may be subject to import and customs fees, which vary by country. Since the buyer is importing the products, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees. If the fees are not paid, the products will be returned, and the return fees will be deducted from the initial payment, with the refund adjusted accordingly.

• 🌟 Commercial Wholesale & Bulk Ordering Policy

  At K‑pop International UK, our goal is to bring a little K‑pop magic into your everyday life — one album, one magazine, and one fan-made treasure at a time. Because we’re a small, community-driven shop, all purchases are intended for personal use, and we currently don’t offer commercial wholesale or bulk ordering.

  To keep things fair for all fans and ensure everyone has access to the items they love, orders containing unusually large quantities or duplicate high‑demand products may be reviewed and, if necessary, cancelled and refunded.

• 🔍 Order Review & Security

  Because we’re a small, community‑focused shop, we review all orders before shipping to keep things fair and safe for everyone. In rare cases, an order may be flagged for unusual activity — for example, large duplicate quantities, bulk purchases, or mismatched information.

  If an order cannot be verified or appears to be placed for resale or fraudulent purposes, we may cancel and refund it. We’ll always handle this with care, and we may contact you if we need additional details to complete your shipment.
